These terms apply when you use golfspedia.com. By using the site or submitting the questionnaire, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Golfspedia is an introduction service. We ask about your room and your project, and we pass your enquiry to one installer who covers your area. We are not an installer.We do not design, sell, build, deliver or service golf simulators, and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with an installer.
There is no charge to you for using this site. Installers pay us for the introduction.
Every dollar figure on this site — in the calculator, in the questionnaire, and in the comparison tables — is an estimate produced by a model, built from installed pricing published by simulator builders across the United States. It is a range, not an offer, and nobody is bound by it.
Your actual price depends on your room, your equipment, your site conditions and the installer's own pricing, and it can fall outside the range we show. Only a written quote from an installer who has assessed your space is a price. Do not budget, borrow or commit against a number from this site.
Third-party figures shown on /beyond-golf are published rates from the sources named alongside them. They are cited for comparison, they were accurate when collected, and they are not our prices.
We confirm that the installers we work with cover the areas they claim to cover, and that they hold a current state licence and liability insurance. We do not supervise their work, set their prices, or guarantee their performance. Any contract, warranty, deposit, schedule or dispute is between you and them.
We are not liable for anything an installer does or fails to do, including work quality, delays, damage, cost overruns, or failure to contact you.
Submitting the questionnaire means you agree that Golfspedia and one matched installer may contact you by phone, text and email about your project, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase and you can withdraw it at any time. See ourPrivacy Policy for how.
The text, layout, mark and cost model on this site belong to Golfspedia. You may read and share them; you may not republish or resell them. Photographs illustrating simulator rooms are representative images, not photographs of completed client projects, and are not presented as such.
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its estimates, availability information or installer matches will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Golfspedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any dealing with an installer introduced through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
